Can the wastewater effluent be reused by nearby businesses?

County Concrete reportedly uses about 30,000-40,000 gallons of water per day to mix concrete, which is currently pumped from the ground.  Asssuming that 40,000 gal/day is diverted, the remaining wastewater would add about 4 in/yr to the lake level, down from about 6 in/yr today.  Twin Lakes would continue to rise above the present level of approx 969 ft, but at a slighly slower rate.  However, due to the potential for impurities, wastewater may not be permitted for some concrete products.
